Privacy

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads nothing from anyone else.

This site

• No cookies. None, of any kind, which is why there is no consent banner.
• No analytics. No visitor counting, no tracking pixels, no fingerprinting. I do not know who you are or how many of you there are.
• No third-party requests. No fonts, scripts or images are loaded from anyone else’s server, so no other company learns that you read this page. There is no exception: nothing on this site talks to anybody but the machine serving it.
• Server logs. The site is served by GitHub Pages, which keeps its own access logs. That is outside my control; see GitHub’s privacy statement.

The application

Skribisto itself has no account system, no telemetry and no usage reporting. It does not phone home, and it does not need a network connection to open, edit, save or export your work. It makes exactly one network request, and only when you ask it to: fetching a spelling dictionary you chose to install.

Your manuscripts are files on your own machine. Nothing is uploaded anywhere.
